Is there a minimum order required?

  • Yes, since we are geared toward wholesale business directly to boutiques rather than individuals, we require a minimum order in US$. Each manufacturer will rquire a minimum order which will be indicated in the catalogue. This will be an amount for the full order not for the individual design.

When is payment due?

  • There is a requirement of 50% payment of the order, when it is placed.  The balance will then be required at the time of shipment to your business.

What type of payment do you accept?

  • Currently, we accept any method of payment through PayPal or direct wire transfers. The directions for direct wire tranfer will be given by e-mail.

How long does it take to receive shipment upon completion of the order?

  • For jewelry allow up to one month for delivery. Each product will have it's own delivery time which will be indicated in the catalogue.

What type of guarantee is there for lost or damaged goods?

  • Shipments will be insured. Damaged proucts must be reported immediately and be returned within 10 days. Contact shipping agent. Lost shipments, again contact us a.s.a.p and the shipping agent. When all avenues have been followed we will either re-order or refund the customer's money after two weeks.
